4DG has a highly regarded team of personnel, at present comprising over 20 staff. The core team is supported by a range of specialist consultants, as required, from project to project. At present 4DG employs Engineering Geologists, Engineering Geomorphologists and Geotechnical Engineers. The technical team is supported by Soil Technicians, GIS, Safety, Environmental and Contract professionals, and various administrative staff.

4DG’s technical staff ranges from recent graduates, to personnel with in excess of 40 years industry experience. Most members of the team are capable of conducting work in remote and extreme conditions. We have a very high regard for safety and for environmental and heritage issues, all of which are of paramount importance to us, and our clients.

4DG is committed to investing in the ongoing professional development of our personnel. Attendance of relevant conferences, training courses and seminars is actively supported.
